1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AI News Digest platform, including our website at ig.nktoolbox.com, APIs, and all related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time with notice provided via email or the platform.

2. Description of Service

AI News Digest is an automated content distribution platform that:

• Aggregates artificial intelligence news from multiple publicly available sources
• Uses AI to select, script, and generate video content about AI news topics
• Allows creators to review, edit, approve, or reject content before publication
• Publishes approved content to connected social media accounts via official APIs

The Service is intended for content creators, journalists, media publishers, and organizations that wish to distribute AI news content to their audiences.

3. Eligibility

To use the Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Have valid accounts on the social media platforms you wish to connect
• Comply with the terms of service of all connected social media platforms, including TikTok's Terms of Service
• Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable law

4. Account Registration

You must create an account to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Social Media Account Authorization

When you connect a social media account (including TikTok) to the Service:

• You authorize AI News Digest to publish content to that account on your behalf, but only after your explicit approval of each piece of content
• You represent that you are the rightful owner of the connected account or have authority to authorize publications on that account
• You understand that AI News Digest will request only the minimum permissions necessary (e.g., video.publish for TikTok)
• You can revoke authorization at any time through the platform settings or directly through the social media platform's settings

6. Content and Your Responsibilities

All content published through the Service is generated by AI and curated from publicly available news sources. As a user, you:

• Retain full editorial control and must explicitly approve each piece of content before publication
• Are responsible for reviewing all content before approving its publication
• Agree not to publish content that is defamatory, harassing, obscene, or that violates any applicable law
• Agree to comply with all platform-specific content policies of connected social media accounts
• Acknowledge that AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies and you should verify important facts before publication

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Publish spam, misleading, or deceptive content
• Violate any intellectual property rights of third parties
• Circumvent or interfere with the security of the Service or connected platforms
• Use automated scripts or bots to interact with the Service beyond normal use
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written consent
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws

8. TikTok-Specific Terms

When using the Service with TikTok, you additionally agree to:

• Comply with TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
• Not use the Service to post content that violates TikTok's policies
• Understand that TikTok's Content Posting API may apply additional restrictions on posting frequency and content visibility
• Acknowledge that TikTok may restrict or revoke API access at their discretion
• Include required music usage confirmations and commercial content disclosures where applicable

9. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding user-approved publications), features, and functionality are owned by AI News Digest and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our written permission.

AI-generated content produced by the Service for your use remains your property once published to your social accounts. By using the Service, you grant AI News a limited license to display, modify, and use such content solely to provide the Service.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT AI-GENERATED CONTENT WILL BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE. YOU USE THE SERVICE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

We are not responsible for any consequences arising from content published to your social media accounts, including but not limited to account suspensions, loss of followers, or reputational harm.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AI NEWS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, with or without notice. You may cancel your account at any time through the platform settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately and we will handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
